Digital Marketing Manager

  • Manage end-to-end paid marketing activities for web & mobile properties as well as for growing subscribers & followers on YouTube, Twitter etc

  • Working with copy & design teams, external agencies to create design & optimize marketing collateral required for paid marketing

  • Regularly updating stakeholders and building reports & dashboards for real-time tracking

  • Collaborating with content, brand marketing and other relevant teams to plan quarterly marketing activities

  • Coordinate with external agencies, publishers for media planning and buying


  • 3-4 years of managing paid marketing preferably with a high-growth B2C startup or leading digital media agency

  • Excellent writing and communication skills

  • Strong understanding of A/B testing, creative + copy optimization

  • Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, UAC, Programmatic (DV360)

  • Experience with mobile attribution tools such as Appsflyer

  • Knowledge of digital media planning & media buying

  • At least 1 year of experience of managing and growing a team of performance marketers

  • Strong understanding of using customer personas to build audience targeting on various platforms

  • Conversion rate optimization of landing pages

Good to have

  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript

  • Experience building landing pages using drag & drop tools such as Unbounce, Instapages etc

  • Past experience of other advertising platforms/channels such as Twitter, Quora, Outbrain/Taboola, LinkedIn, Columbia etc

  • Experience with negotiating deals with publishers

  • Knowledge of DMPs, using 3rd party audiences

  • Using tools such as Google Data Studio, Supermetrics to build real-time reporting dashboards

  • Understanding of SEO concepts

  • Experience with investing in stocks or other investment products in general. Should have at least a basic understanding about different market terminologies
