We are looking for a Growth Lead to initiate and handle marketing initiatives for Tickertape.
Responsibilities - The person would have complete ownership of the end to end process of customer acquisition, activation, and retention (including diving deeper into the funnel), focusing around improving the north star metric
Lead the wider marketing team to strategize and execute Growth Initiatives - Including Digital, Content, and offline channels
Own KPIs for the team and be responsible for achieving targets
Identifying new and creative ways to increase organic customer acquisition; including boosting word of mouth growth, ASO, etc
Actively tracking the performance of the existing channels and working on optimizing them through experimentation
Closely working with the product team to come up with Product growth techniques that build virality loops, boosts organic acquisition
Lead the third party marketing tie-up efforts
Mentor younger team members on professional development and up-skilling
Must have some experience of driving growth for a B2C App product
Must have some experience of working on different types of paid channels, including Digital Marketing, Affiliate marketing, etc.
Must have a deep understanding of Google Adwords, Youtube, and Facebook Ads platforms
Should have an understanding of organic channels/ SEO/ ASO and content marketing strategies
Must have strong analytical and data skills
Innovative thinker, a healthy sense of humor, and a high tolerance for emojis
Experience Required: 3 - 5 years
