We are looking for an experienced, passionate and creative Social Media Manager with 2 -4 years of experience to join our team. This role isn’t just about putting posts, we are on a mission to humanise finance and you will play a big role in achieving that.  You will spearhead and monitor our social media growth.

Responsibilities


· Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy to align with business goals

· Define most important social media KPIs

· Manage and oversee social media content

· Measure the success of every social media campaign

· Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences

· Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content periodically (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)

· Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and product to ensure brand consistency & to ensure delivery of successful campaigns on SM platforms

· Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews

·Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)

· Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions

·Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications

· Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing

·Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams

·Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network


Requirements 


·Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or a similar role at a leading Digital / OTT/e-commerce/Fintech company

· Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions

· Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and other social media platforms

· Hands-on experience in content management

· Excellent copywriting skills

· Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)

· Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics

· Good understanding of social media KPIs

· Knowledge of online marketing channels

· Analytical and multitasking skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

· Familiarity with web design and publishing

· Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills

·  MBA from a reputed institute or qualification in Marketing

·  Excellent teamwork skills
