What are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Growth Marketing Manager. Your role will be to lead user acquisition (both paid and organic) and retention across all online channels, including social, search, display, email, etc. You will be setting up, implementing and managing the company's digital marketing strategy. You will also be responsible for formalizing marketing communication as well as overseeing content creation. A hands-on and proven experience, as well as a passion & proactive approach in trying new growth hack, is a must.
Develop strategic plans for customer acquisition and retention to drive profitable growth
Formulate and implement all aspects of digital performance marketing (Display/Search/Social), organic demand generation, SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, website and blog management etc.
Develop and monitor digital campaigns from budgeting, setting up, optimization to ROI measurement.
Set up existing/new tools to streamline, execute & measure marketing activities
Set up and execute email drip campaigns, conduct A/B testing
Be innovative with marketing communication in emails, creatives etc and also oversee content creation like videos, blogs and video ads.
Coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders to improve marketing results
Stay up to date with the latest in digital marketing practices & adopt learnings to improve the brand’s digital presence/growth.
Understand the competitor landscape and their growth marketing strategy across paid and organic.
A minimum of 2 years’of hands-on experience in digital marketing with the majority in performance i.e growth marketing
Basic understanding of financial concepts and the stock market
Proven success in creating profitable paid acquisition campaigns with Google & Social ads
Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
In-depth knowledge of various digital media platforms, best practices, website analytics, and performance marketing analytics.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and marketing best practices
Take ownership of work & meet deadlines
Excellent oral and written English communication skills
Degree in marketing or a related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
