A thorough professional who is committed to deliver desired results across Talent Acquisition functions like, Scouting most talented Tech and Non-Tech Talent. Good insights in creating and maintaining dynamic reports along with strong presentation skills. This role also involves working towards employer branding initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2 - 4 Years of experience in End to End Talent Acquisition Life Cycle 

  • Previous experience working in a Startup Product Development company is an advantage. 

  • Being effective in screening, sourcing, scheduling and coordinating is key to this role

  • Awareness of different Talent Sourcing channels is highly desirable. 

  • Ability to understand Complex JD’s, integrating well with the company's culture and value system are good to have. 

  • Research and think through employer branding initiatives and help in implementing such programs and work towards measuring the effectiveness of the program.

  • Adaptability to ATS, working towards utilisation of the ATS for maximum outcome while creating and presenting reports which are more accurate and presentable to the management.

  • Any degree is fine, having an eye for detail and being good with numbers is more important
