Skills and Qualifications
2 - 4 Years of experience in End to End Talent Acquisition Life Cycle
Previous experience working in a Startup Product Development company is an advantage.
Being effective in screening, sourcing, scheduling and coordinating is key to this role
Awareness of different Talent Sourcing channels is highly desirable.
Ability to understand Complex JD’s, integrating well with the company's culture and value system are good to have.
Research and think through employer branding initiatives and help in implementing such programs and work towards measuring the effectiveness of the program.
Adaptability to ATS, working towards utilisation of the ATS for maximum outcome while creating and presenting reports which are more accurate and presentable to the management.
Any degree is fine, having an eye for detail and being good with numbers is more important
