About smallcase Managers

smallcase Managers are SEBI-registered professionals & entities who are building their portfolio practices & businesses using the smallcase Publisher Platform - publisher.smallcase.com. These could be emerging & breakaway individual managers to large, respected institutions. We make it simple for them to disseminate their research at scale while handling all operational aspects from client onboarding, transactions, payment collection, invoicing & reporting.     


Role

We are looking for someone to join us to lead the onboarding process and further growth for our Manager Partners. This would involve building & nurturing relationships with & solve problems. You will be the main point of contact for our Manager community & responsible for their happiness and success 


Responsibilities

  • Lead a team that will serve as a first point of contact for potential smallcase Managers

  • Handhold them towards going live with their portfolio business on the smallcases Platform

  • Coordinate with product & engineering to drive projects and solve problems for Managers effectively & efficiently

  • Be an internal advocate for the Manager community & share feedback

  • Develop and shape strategies for growing the Managers’ brand & visibility

  • Organize, track & measure the success of Managers
