We are looking to hire someone with 4+ years of experience, to lead business development and marketing efforts in our wholly-owned subsidiary - Windmill Capital Private Limited. Windmill Capital is a SEBI registered Research Analyst, primarily focused on building smallcases using proprietary algos and models. smallcases are baskets of stocks/ETFs, bundled together to reflect an idea, theme or strategy.  

Responsibilities

  • Setting up the business development vertical for model portfolios created by Windmill Capital

  • Coordinating with reputed research houses, hedge funds and portfolio managers for selling Windmill Capital Research 

  • Ideation and preparation of marketing reports, presentations and decks for our model portfolios 

  • Acting as a single point of contact for onboarding, supporting and servicing institutional clients 

  • Regular client follow ups to better understand and communicate their requirements to the research team

  • Taking part in research discussions to understand the existing & upcoming products

  • Coordinating with research team for any data and content requirement of institutional clients

  • P&L tracking and business reporting for the vertical  

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong people skills

  • Should be well versed with MS Office and Excel

  • Should have strong industry knowledge and good understanding of investment products & terminology
