Performance Marketing Manager/Associate - smallcase (Tickertape)

Tickertape( part of smallcase) is disrupting the investments sector by bringing in a fresh approach to analysis and tracking. It's mission is to bring sophisticated tools to retail users in an intuitive and approachable manner


Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end digital marketing funnel (acquisition, activation, and reengagement) for the tickertape web+app

  • Plan and execute ads on Facebook, Google, Criteo, the top self-serve (SSN) and third-party ad-networks

    1. Campaign types: App install, retargeting, SEM, PPC, Google Display Network, and more

    2. DV360 and programmatic media buying experience is a plus

  • Strong analytical mindset: Rigorous A/B testing at every stage of the campaign (campaign objective, targeting and creative) is a must. We solve “gut feelings” with data.

  • Continuous monitoring and improvement: Analyze each campaign based on the logged performance metrics & derive insights to implement and improve future campaigns

  • Reporting: Ability to take proactive data-driven decisions and report to stakeholders in a periodic manner

  • Must keep stakeholders updated with new changes in the ad/platform ecosystem. For instance, how would an advertiser adapt to iOS’s 14.5 changes?

Required Skills:

  • Deep, hands-on knowledge and experience of all top ad networks is a must

  • Hands-on experience with analytics/customer engagement tools is preferred

  • Work experience: 1-4+ years. Your assignment submission would speak volumes.

  • Tools: 

    • AppsFlyer/Branch or any other recognized attribution partner

    • Google Analytics (GA4): Audience segmentation, retargeting, funnel optimization, etc.

    • CleverTap/WebEngage for audience segmentation and analytics

    • Canva/Bannersnack for quickly creating A/B variates of creatives

    • Coschedule Headline Analyzer, Copy.ai, etc. for succinct copy

  • Knowledge of martech setup is a plus. For instance, which events would you send from an eCommerce store to WebEngage?

  • Certifications: Facebook Blueprint, Google Ads/Analytics, CXL and other relevant certifications is a plus

  • Good grasp on copywriting
